Agreement
These terms govern your use of GamingHub: Party Games ("GamingHub"), published on the App Store by Izotz Cristobal Mota (Seize Apps), Basque Country, Spain ("we", "us"). By downloading or using GamingHub you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to anything these terms don't cover.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use GamingHub on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The app, its design and its code remain ours.
Games and purchases
GamingHub is free to download, and Unison is free to play. The other games can be played for free in a limited number of rooms (three per game, counted on your device) or in any room whose host owns that game; to host one, or to play beyond the trial, you unlock it with an optional in-app purchase: a single game, a bundle of the paid games, or a lifetime unlock of every game, current and future. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, billed by Apple at the price the App Store shows before you confirm, and Family Sharing is on. Restore Purchases is always available in the unlock sheet. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies: we can't issue refunds directly. Games listed as coming soon are not for sale.
Online play and other players
Online games need an internet connection and are shared with the other people in your room: your display name, avatar and what you type are visible to them for as long as the room exists, up to 12 hours of inactivity. Choose a name you are happy to share and don't type anything unlawful, abusive or that belongs to someone else. The host of a room can remove a player, and you can report a player or a problem from the app. We may remove content or players, or block access to online play, if these terms are broken.
Your data
As our Privacy Policy explains, GamingHub has no account, keeps a room only while it is in use and keeps its settings on your device. Because there is no account, unlocked games are tied to your Apple Account through the App Store, not to GamingHub.
Availability
Games and features can change, and online play depends on third-party services and your connection; we don't promise it will always be available or uninterrupted. The mechanics of the games are our own versions of well-known party-game formats.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misuse GamingHub, don't try to cheat the free trial or tamper with rooms, and don't use it in any way that breaks the law or Apple's terms.
Warranty and liability
GamingHub is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of GamingHub, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for GamingHub in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms as GamingHub evolves; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Consumers in the EU also keep the protections of their country of residence.
