Agreement
These terms govern your use of Overbit: BTC RSI Alerts ("Overbit"), published on the App Store by Izotz Cristobal Mota (Seize Apps), Basque Country, Spain ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Overbit you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to anything these terms don't cover.
License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Overbit on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The app, its design and its code remain ours.
Not financial advice
Overbit shows the price of Bitcoin and its RSI, and alerts you when RSI crosses a level you chose. It is not a broker, does not trade or hold anything for you, and nothing in it is financial, investment or trading advice. Decisions you make are your own, and you can lose money trading.
Prices and alerts
Prices are read from on-chain liquidity pools (PancakeSwap and Aerodrome on Base, Uniswap on Ethereum), not from an exchange, so they can lag or differ from the charts you see elsewhere. Alerts can arrive late or be skipped: they depend on those pools, on our server, on Apple's push service, on your iOS notification settings and network, and on background execution that iOS controls; short-timeframe alerts (15 minutes and under) pause when pools disagree. Don't rely on Overbit alone for anything where a late or missing alert could cost you. Overbit is not affiliated with PancakeSwap, Aerodrome, Uniswap or Coinbase.
Overbit Pro
Overbit is free with one timeframe, RSI 14 and levels 30/70. Overbit Pro is an optional one-time in-app purchase, not a subscription, billed by Apple at the price the App Store shows before you confirm, with Family Sharing on. It unlocks all fifteen timeframes (5 minutes to 1 month), custom RSI length and levels, and the feedback box. Restore Purchases is always available on the Pro screen. Purchases are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's policies: we can't issue refunds directly.
Your data
As our Privacy Policy explains, Overbit has no account, keeps your settings on your device and keeps one record per install on our server, which you can delete in the app at any time. Feedback is a one-way message to us, limited to five a day per install.
Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell or misuse Overbit, don't overload our server, and don't use it in any way that breaks the law or Apple's terms.
Warranty and liability
Overbit is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Overbit, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Overbit in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for any trading or financial loss arising from prices, alerts or their absence. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
Changes
We may update these terms as Overbit evolves; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Consumers in the EU also keep the protections of their country of residence.
