Terms of Use
Effective September 16, 2026
1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of apps published under the Seize Apps name by Izotz Cristobal Mota and Sendoa Sola (Basque Country, Spain — "we", "us"). The seller of record for each app is the developer shown in its App Store listing. The apps are distributed through the Apple App Store and TestFlight. By downloading or using a Seize app you agree to these terms and to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which applies to the extent these terms don't cover something.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our apps on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. The apps, their design, and their code remain our property.
3. Purchases
Paid apps and in-app purchases are billed by Apple at the price shown in the App Store before you confirm. Refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store's refund policies — we can't issue refunds directly.
4. Your content stays yours
Anything you create in a Seize app (timers, logs, lists, routines, receipts) is yours. As described in our Privacy Policy, it is stored on your device and we have no access to it — which also means you are responsible for your own backups (for example via iCloud or device backups). Deleting an app deletes its data.
5. Not professional advice
Our apps are organizational tools. They are not medical, nutritional, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Any app of ours that touches wellbeing is a supportive companion and not a substitute for professional treatment — if you are struggling, please seek qualified help.
6. Acceptable use
Don't reverse-engineer, resell, or misuse the apps, and don't use them in any way that breaks the law or Apple's terms.
7. Warranty and liability
The apps are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms as the apps evolve; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Consumers in the EU also keep the protections of their country of residence.
