Heed
Heed stands, sparingly, before the apps you choose. Most of the time you won't see a thing. Now and then, when it matters, it offers a moment first: a question, a breath, a fact about your day. Then you choose, and "Continue" is always there. It is not a blocker; it is a way of noticing, so the phone becomes a little less automatic, day by day.

Today: one line for the day, and a focus block
A moment before an app: what’s behind it?
Statistics: your openings, and the times you did not go in
What it does
One job, done well.
- 01 / NOTICE
A moment that fits
Windows written for each kind of app (what you feel before a food delivery app is not what you feel before a video feed) and for the hour, from morning to night. Twelve kinds of moment, from what you are here for to ten seconds face down. Calm openings get only a four-second pause, and most go by with nothing at all.
- 02 / LEARN
What helps you, on your device
Heed notices which windows lead you to "I'm done" and shows them more often, all of it on your device. The statistics show your openings per app and hour, how long you took to decide and what you felt before each app. In the hours you choose for rest, and during a focus block, every opening asks.
- 03 / THE DAY
One line for today
A line for the day with ideas to start from, a short closing of the day, a weekly review that slowly asks for less and a body programme of four stretches, eyes open or closed. Heed Pro adds as many apps as you like, focus blocks, the digital sunset, the whole programme, longer statistics, widgets and colour themes: a one-time purchase, with a free 30-day trial. No streaks, no points, no blame.
Privacy
Yours, not ours.
No account, no analytics, no ads. Your settings and what you write stay on your device and in your own iCloud account; the record of your openings, and what Heed learns from it, never leave the device. Apple Health is optional, off by default and write-only. Heed cannot see what you do in other apps.
